We offer three ways to work together. Each model suits a different type of project — choose the one that fits your budget, timeline, and level of certainty. Every project starts with a free consultation.
No one-size-fits-all pricing. We discuss your project first, then recommend the model that makes sense — and give you a written estimate before work begins.
A defined scope, a defined cost. Agreed in writing before we start — no surprises on the invoice.
You pay for actual hours worked. Ideal when scope evolves or you need flexible, ongoing development.
A committed team working exclusively on your product — like hiring developers without the overhead.
We do not list rates on this page because every project is different. Contact us and we will respond with a clear, honest estimate within one business day.
We do not quote before we understand. Here is exactly how we move from first contact to a signed agreement.
You describe your project — goals, timeline, and any constraints. No forms, just a conversation.
We ask the right questions to understand scope, technical complexity, and integration requirements.
A clear written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Nothing ambiguous.
You review, ask questions, and only sign when satisfied. Then we schedule the kickoff call.
Weekly progress updates, milestone sign-offs, and access to work-in-progress throughout the project.
We do not publish standard rates because cost varies significantly with complexity. What we do promise: after a free consultation, you will receive a written proposal with a clear cost figure within one business day. There are no hidden charges — everything billable is listed in the proposal before you agree to anything.
There is no minimum. We work on small, focused projects (a single integration, a landing page, a bug-fix retainer) as well as long-term product builds. If your project is very small, we will tell you honestly if we are the right fit — and if not, we will point you in a better direction.
We split payment into milestones tied to deliverables — typically 3–5 stages depending on project size. You only pay the next instalment after reviewing and approving the previous milestone. We do not ask for 100% payment upfront.
Yes. Projects sometimes change scope significantly after starting. If a Fixed Price project scope changes substantially, we can discuss switching to Time & Material for the remaining work — with full transparency on what has been completed and what remains.
We work closely with every client to deliver results that matter — reach out and let's discuss your project. Free consultation, no obligation.
